A new planning application has been submitted to Bury Council this week to demolish some parts of the former Roach Bank Inn pub on Croft Lane and rebuild it for residential use. Residents who wish to look over the planning application documents can do so on the Bury Council planning portal here:
If you wish to, you can comment on the planning application directly via the planning portal (follow the link above) where you can also indicate if you are in favour of the application, against it, or have a neutral view (and just wish to submit a comment).
Residents have until the 22nd May 2024 to lodge any comments if they wish to do so.
